Thanks for being a part of Apple Support Communities! From your post it looks like a couple of features in the Camera App on your iPhone 6 recently upgraded to iOS 10 has stopped working. I'll be more than glad to help with this! Remember to test after each numbered step.
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch -- Before troubleshooting any device, I always recommend a fresh backup. It's better to "have" one than to "need one".
1. Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- First, quit all of the currently running applications, then Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- Never underestimate the power of a good restart.
2. Reset iPhone settings -- On your phone, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. This step will return your iPhone's settings to factory default.Be sure to write down your Wi-Fi networks/passwords before resetting your iPhone.
3. Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings -- If you didn't back up your iPhone previously, you'll need to do so now. This process will completely wipe the iPhone to allow a fresh copy of the iOS to be installed.
The first time through, select "Set up as a new iPhone" but you can skip logging into iTunes & App Store and iCloud for now. Open your Camera app and check to see if those features are working now. If everything is working as it should, continue on.
4. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup -- Use this article to guide you through the process of replacing your personal information back on your phone. Remember to test again after this last step as well.Have a great day!
