Stuck with adding a new member to family sharing

Hi,

I've tried to add my wife to my family sharing. There was some sort of a problem with the password, so I ended up sending her several invitations. The situation now is as follows:

I see under family sharing myself, my two kids, who were successfully included, and my wife's email with the status of "invitation sent".

She doesn't have the invitation anymore, so if I choose to resend the invitation, I get a message saying that I cannot invite more than five people to Family Sharing (although we are only 3 members + the invitation to my wife).

If I click Remove, nothing happens.

I thought that time will solve this (either the invitation will go away, or I could remove my wife's invitation and start over), but after a couple of days it's still stuck like this.

I think the only way to solve this would be for an Apple employee to manually fix this on the server side, but I cannot find any option to contact Apple.

Any advice?

Thanks,

Adi

1) My wife got the initial invitation(s). There was some kind of issue with the password, which I resolved, but alas, only after a few tries. So now if she would get the invitation, it should work correctly.

2) I'm afraid of this option. I get a sense that Apple have some issues with the iCloud services (for example, a Remove button that doesn't work...) and I wouldn't want to try something drastic like this.

3) I wish... I got to the website. I couldn't find any online way to contact them. I'm on a US account but I'm not from the US. If there is no other solution, I may have to call them.

Thanks

Adi

1) She was able to accept it at first, but she got an error message regarding a password setting that I had for one of the kids. This is the problem that I've already solved, but I need to be able to send her a new invite.

2) Leaving is easy. The question is what happens to any purchases done on the kids accounts.

3) When I choose my region my only support option is to contact an Apple reseller. I very much doubt the can solve an iCloud issue.

I'll try the Twitter account.

1 - I'm assuming that if you temporarily dismantle the Family Sharing, then recreate it, she will be able to successfully join it.

2 - when you leave, you'll get a warning that you will lose access to the purchases, photos, calendars, etc. that were shared in the plan. When you rejoin the family, you'll have the option to re-download and re-sync the items.

3 - from the link I provided above, you weren't able to initiate a chat with Apple Support?
