    First, you don't need to post three times. We understand the issue. What country are you in? your screen name implies Cupertino CA, which is in the US.

     

    Second, account security is generally done over the phone with ID verification. ONLY on the phone. If your country does;t have phone support, call a country nearby or go to a local reseller or your wireless carrier.
