Has anyone experienced battery life issues while using the Apple Smart Battery Case? It would seem to be that with the battery frequently in the charging state, that this would have a negative impact on the battery inside the phone.

No, it doesn't.
No? Can you share with me your specific insight to that answer? A lithium battery remaining in a charging state 90%-95% of the time has been know to deplete battery life quicker than one that is cycled on a daily basis. How is this any different?

The charging components in the phone stop charging when it reaches a full charge. The charging case is no more harmful than leaving the phone plugged in to a cable and adapter.
