How do I fix error 4850 on windows 10?

I have Windows 10 Home.

4.00 GB

64 bit OS x64 processor

Intel R Celeron R CPU N2830 @ 2.16 Ghz (2-CPUs) ~2.2 GHz

I've just started having this problem. I get error 4850 when burning playlist to CD on iTunes. Have newest version. I've run diagnostic. Don't know how to put diagnostic report (DxDiag) here.

I've tried to copy and paste but to no avail. I select the text then click copy, but when I try to paste here, there's no paste to click.

I'm no techie. Having hard time even doing this for help. But PLEASE HELP !!

Message comes up "The attempt to burn a disc failed. Unknown error occurred (4850)

Looked all over for fix to Error 4850 but can't find one that helps fix it.
