    It shouldn't. It's over 7 years old.

Since iDVD still works with El Capitan I would imagine iDVD Studio Pro would.

However, I've asked the hosts to move this topic to the iDVD forum where there's bound to be studio pro users who can answer that more definitively.

From all indications, the system requirements are the same as DVD SP 4.2.1.  Which requiring 10.4.8, and Intel Core Duo suggest that it may work fine in Snow Leopard, which can be run as a server version in virtualization on many Macs that otherwise can't run 10.6:

Hi A Brody,  Just to clarify . . . I'm on OS X 10.10.5 Yosemite, 3.5 GHz Intel Core i7, currently using DVD Studio Pro with no problem at all. I just need to know if anyone has it in use with El Capitan. Thank you all for your responses.

Well chances are if it works with 10.10 it will work with 10.11, however, the printer driver system on 10.11 is different.  If you don't already have 10.11 better rush to download it, as Apple has stopped distributing the previous operating system for download on each previous new version release except for those who already purchased it, or had it preinstalled new on their Mac, and Sierra is to be released today.  Even if you only install it on a separate partition or Flash Drive, you can test DVD Studio Pro and your drivers before going all the way with it.

Thanks so much . . . looks like I'm too late for El Capitan, now I'll investigate to see if it works with Sierra.
