Dead iPhone 6s

My iPhone 6s was recently damaged, the display is cracked and the screen was all sorts of colors. I allowed the phone to die, but since it has died it will not turn back on. My phone is not backed up on iCloud or iTunes, is there anyway I can get my pictures off of the phone?

Not if it's not working.

You can make an appointment at an Apple Genius Bar.

Or send the iPhone in for service > iPhone Service Answer Center

Just get the screen replaced, it is not fully dead.

So you have examined their phone and know their is not damage to the logic board?
