Q: keeps throwing me back to place order screen

After completing the oder on the apple store website I keep getting thrown back to place order option.

Anyone else have this issue.

    If you are using Safari to order a product from the Apple Store, deleting cookies may help.

     

    From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab then click:  Remove All Website Data then quit and relaunch Safari and try again.

    this does not hel. I have tried it on other browsers and other computers invluding the one at the apples store with one of the experts:(

    Make sure your Mac's OS X is up to date.

     

    Open System Preferences > App Store then click: Check Now

     

     

     

    In the future, when posting for help please give as many details as you can.

     

    • Include your product name and specs such as processor speed, memory, and storage capacity. Please do not include your Serial Number, IMEI, MEID, or other personal information.
    • Provide the version numbers of your operating system and relevant applications, for example "iOS 6.0.3" or "iPhoto 9.1.2" or Mac OS X.

    I have tried other devices too.

     

    Is it due to me ordering iPhone 7?
