I've updated my ipad air to Ios10 and it's work but when i connect it to itunes using the original usb cable Itunes recognize my device and i can upload or download files but the battery doesn't charge.
I've tried to recharge the battery of my ipad, using the same cable, with electrical connection and it works.
Please help me!

Yes, this is normal behaviour, as most USB ports on computers do not provide sufficient current to charge an iPad properly.
Plug your charging cable into a USB 2.0 or 3.0 port on a computer that's on and not in sleep mode. Don’t use the USB ports on your keyboard.

Normally I use a 2.0 USB port and with iOS 9 the problem did not exist
Hi. Maybe you need to look at this iPad no longer charges from Computer after update to iOS 10 thread on the subject. Apparently the rules have changed with iOS 10. You can add your feedback here https://www.apple.com/feedback/ipad.html. You'll need to use the regular wall charger until this is resolved.
