wrong name in photo sharing

I have a shared album that I regularly post photos to but it keeps posting under my former last name. I've changed it back to my current name everywhere that I can think of, but on other people's phones it keeps showing up with "my incorrect name has posted a photo". Any suggestions on how I can get this updated?
