How to install Windows via Bootcamp on MacBook (13-inch Mid 2010)

Hello,

I'd like to know if it is possible to install windows 10 on a MacBook (13-inch Mid 2010).

I'm currently running windows 10 via parallels, but i'd like to run it natively. If windows 10 cannot be run natively, what version can be?

Boot Camp supports Windows XP through Windows 7 on your Mac, but setting up XP and Vista can only be done from 10.6.8 and earlier.

Will I be able to install via a USB flash drive or do I need a physical copy of Windows 7?
