Q: Refund iTunes purchase
I recently bought a song on iTunes but realized I bought the wrong song. I reported this to apple and they sent me an email saying I was refunded but it still shows I still have no store credit, help!!!

How long ago did you get the email saying that you would be refunded ? It can take a few days to refund to an iTunes account (possibly 7 to 10 days if a credit card was used and is being refunded). If it's been longer than that contact iTunes Support again, and include your case number.
