The new iOS 10 update is freezing mine and my sisters phones. Why is freezing my phone it is making want to kill my phone. Can anyone help me.

This is driving me crazy, too. I'm tempted to reset it back to factory settings in hopes it will downgrade it back to iOS 9. Usually my phone freezes when I'm receiving a call, but the display either goes completely black or displays an interesting wallpaper I've never seen before. I cannot see who's calling, can't answer the phone or send them a message. My ONLY option is to power cycle the phone. This keeps happening, at other times, too. Apple HAD to have known about this problem. I have an iPhone 6s.
