Thanks for posting your question in the Apple Support Community! I understand your text replacement entries have disappeared after updating to iOS 10. I use several text replacement entries for convenience so I can understand wanting to make sure you still have access to yours. I'm happy to offer some help here.
In order to get your missing information back on to your iPhone, you'll need to restore your most recent backup. Just keep in mind that anything new added to your iPhone since your last backup (like contacts, pictures or messages) will be removed and replaced with the data in the backup. In case you've taken any new photos I've included the steps on how to import them to your computer as well as information on how to restore a backup below.
