itunes could not connect because an invalid response was received from the device iphone 7

I could not connect iTunes to my iphone 7 because "an invalid response was received from the device". I have a PC running Windows 8.1. I tried reseting the Lockdown folder and I disabled my firewall.

Do you have the latest version of iTunes installed on your PC?

Did you check you USB connections? Avoid using a USB hub, use the original USB cable.
