After updating my Itunes to support ios10 my ipod 5th generation wont sync... any idea how to rectify this problem?
iPod touch (5th generation), iOS 9.3.5
The iPod touch (5th generation) does not support iOS 10. It has an A5 chip like the iPhone 4S, iPad 2 and iPad Mini 1. To be able to use iTunes with iOS 10, you need to have an iPod touch (6th generation). Hope this helps.
