Loosing contacts in Apple Watch

Ever since I updated my watch to OS3 in some moment of the day I loose my contacts on my watch. I received text with just the phone number. I go and check my contacts and its says "No name" in every single one of them. I've tried everything the only solution that has work in the past is to un-pair and pair again but I am tired of doing that. Can someone confirm me if its only me or someone else has the same problem if so how can I resolve this issue.
