bluetooth troubles with Subaru car pairing

I upgraded my iPhone 6 to iOS 10 and my bluetooth stopped working in my Subaru Outback 2015. It worked perfect before the upgrade. I have unpaired both the car and phone nothing has worked can anyone help me with this
