i got macbook 13 inch mid 2007 processor 1.83 Ghz Intel core duo, memory 2 gt 667Mhz ddr2 sdram

im trying to update itunes and other programs but its just not being updated!

That is correct.
As the article you attached above states, your MacBook is too old to receive these updates.
You've gotten nine years of service from your MacBook. It's time to move on to a new machine.
