Once i updated to ios 10 some of the apps would not open. I restarted the phone and they still would not work. So i backuped my phone, and i reset it to factory mode. I then signed into my icloud and tried 3 times to restore my backup before calling apple care. I kept getting the message " ICloud backup could not be restored". Apple care did not help at all, and they never called me back after i did what they told me. The wifi did not drop during the restoring process or during the backup process. I've tried to restore from itunes. I tried to downgrade back to IOS 9.3.5 then upgrade back to IOS10. I tried 3 different backups on IOS10 and got the same message for them all. Why can't any of my backups be restored?
