iOS 10 vibration problem

Hallelujah! That did the trick.

I have no idea how vibrate got toggled 'off' in 'Accessibility', but that was the problem.

When I upgraded to iOS 10, did this setting default to 'off'?

If so, why?

All of my sounds have a matching vibrate pattern, and those survived the upgrade.

I did notice that my personal accessibility settings didn't survive the upgrade. They were wiped out, and I had to reset them. I assume this was because the accessibility settings in iOS 10 were not identical to the iOS 9 settings.

I have just updated my iOS to 10.3.1 and my vibration is working as normal. This is the latest for iPhone 6s. Your vibrator in the phone must have something wrong with it or it's some sort of different firmware. Recommended that you always use Apple software on Apple devices

Did you already try to force restart the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data, but this can cure some glitches after installing new software or apps.

If this should not work, setting it back to factory settings would be the next step:

Really? No other way to troubleshoot it than reset to factory? This is the worst way for users - a must to set up their phones again and again...

I Tried to do everything starting from holding both home and wake buttons ending with restore with no progress.

This issue started occurring for me post the ios10 update and resetting my settings sorted it out.

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. This will only reset your phone settings and remove the apple pay cards. No data or media will get affected.

I have exactly the same problem, I already reset all settings, restore and install new iOS 10 version and still the same... no vibration at all

Just had that problem. Please try this: Settings, General, Accessibility then scroll down till you see vibration make sure its on. Hope this helps. Good Luck !!!!
