Q: Smart Playlists Not Matching Since 10 Upgrade

Since I upgraded to iOS10, I've been having a problem with smart playlists on my iPhone 6S.  The playlist on the phone and the playlist in iTunes don't match up.  For example, in my "Top 025 Most Played" playlist, the list in iTunes is one set of songs and the list on my iPhone is a mostly different set of songs.  (However, if you look at the playlist on the phone in iTunes, the list that is supposed to be on the phone matches that of iTunes.)

 

I have told the phone not to upload playlists and synced, then with no playlists, I told it to upload playlists and synced again, and when the playlists are once again on the phone, the playlist is wrong.  I've deleted the entire library from the phone and reuploaded it and again, the playlists continue to be incorrect.  I tried changing the playlist parameters, syncing, then undoing the change and syncing again, and the list doesn't change at all. 

 

I use my smart playlists A LOT, so this is a big deal for me.  Anyone have suggestions?  Thank you!
