outlook 2016 turn off delete confirmation

I updated Microsoft Office today. A free upgrade. Outlook 2016 on Capitan 10.11.6

I want to turn off the confirm deletion message when deleting emails from any folder ( not deleted items folder)

This option seems to have been removed in this version. Perhaps Microsoft wants to lose customers.

Is this no longer an option. I could turn it off in Outlook 2011 for MAC
