Sep 20, 2016 2:05 AM in response to PG1959by Ella Fitzgerald,Try to reset your iPhone by pressing and holding Sleep/Wake and Home buttons. If it doesn't help, try to sign out from your iCloud account and sign in back again.

Sep 29, 2016 10:49 AM in response to PG1959by GertGu,Have this too, and even in an empty "Notes" field, you cannot add anything, doesn't get saved.
So i suppose a restore won't fix anything as the field seems to be bugged -
Oct 6, 2016 7:42 AM in response to GertGuby jjardoino,It's strange, the problem occurs only with my card (Me).
If I add notes on others contacts, they are saved on all devices. If I add notes on my own card on the iPhone, they are not displayed on my iPhone 6s and my iPad Air 2 (both with iOS 10) but they are synced and displayed on my Mac. I wrote a note on my card on my iPhone and I can read it on the Mac, but not on iPhone or iPad.
