Q: iCloud or Hacking

I recently purchased iCloud a couple of days ago. Is there a way to disable iCloud and get a refund. When I got to Settings, it says that my Apple ID is being used to sign into a device near St Kilda Road, VIC. It is either that someone is hacking into my account, or something is wrong with my ICLOUD.

The "signed in from... " part is driven by data from your ISP and the Internet itself. This could mean the last identifying part of their network is "near St Kilda Road, VLC"

It does not necessarily mean anything sinister.
