My NSW Department of Education email is not working
I am a teacher at Department of Education NSW
I have been receiving my DET emails (.......@det.nsw.edu.au) on my iphone and ipad for a long time now. Suddenly since this morning (20th September 2016), my DET emails on any devices stopped working. They were working fine last night. I can't receive or send emails at all. When I log into my department of Education portal to access emails, it works fine.
Someone suggested to delete the email account on my iphone/ipad and set it up again. I did this but it's still not working.
I did an apple update (iOS 10.0.1) on my devices just now but still could not set up the email account again or receive any emails.
When I set up the email account again the word 'verifying" comes up and takes a long time to do anything. After a long time a message comes up "unable to verify account information"
I checked with different teachers and their email is working fine on their devices.
Can anyone help please?
