Q: iCloud password doesn't work on my Macbook, but works fine on other devices - "This action could not be completed. Try again"

I've just got a new macbook in Switzerland. I've restore my backup, which was made in Brazil. I restored the backup, but the iCloud password doesn't work on my macbook now. I even changed the password through iCloud website, and the new one works fine on my other devices, but still doesn't work on my macbook.

I've deleted the folder "Users\'myUser'\Library\Application\Application Support\iCloud" and it didn't work.

I've deleted the data from the previous sync (emails, notes and calendar) from the iCloud preferences and logged out from iCloud and then tried to log in again, but it hasn't worked either.

I've tried to log in after changing my time zone manually to Brazil, but it didn't work either.

Currently, when I try to log in to the iCloud through preferences or to the iTunes Store, I receive the message "This action could not be completed. Try again".

So I need some help here. Thank you in advance!

MacBook Air, iOS 10, null
