iTunes 12.5.1.21 Downloading in Background - Is it Album Artwork?

Hi,

I currently own a PC with an Intel Core i7-3820 CPU, 48GB of RAM, a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 GPU and a series of 2TB drives running Windows 10 and - more importantly - iTunes 12.5.21, which houses a collection of locally and iCloud Music Library-stored music, both from the iTunes Store and from Apple Music. I have noticed through the Resource Monitor on Windows 10, however, that since the upgrade to 12.5.21, iTunes has been downloading data at a rate of 200-400kbps from the following address:

I have all my music stored locally and iTunes isn't downloading anything from either the iTunes Store, Apple Music or the App Store. I have, however, ran a Message Analyzer scan on one of the NICs and it seems to be making queries regarding albums, tracks and artists, so could iTunes be re-downloading all my album artwork?

Windows PC-OTHER, Windows 10
