Photo Albums

Hi, I'm new on the community and I would like to know how can I create new albums and export pictures from older. I also want to know how can I remove older pictures from iCloud. For some reason keep having bloody errors when importing picture from phone to pc. Thanks 🙂 Kind regards.

iPhone 5, iOS 9.3.5

Import photos to iCloud from PC -- Archive or make copies of your iCloud data - Apple Support

Removing older photos from iCloud - you should see a trash icon (top right), after clicking on a photo.
