wheni buy MBP Retina 13 2015 I've installed Yosemite. Now when I reinstall OS using recovery mode, the MBP downloads from the Internet OS X El Captian, not Mavericks.
Why? Have I to removerecovery partition(how)?

You can install Mavericks as long as you downloaded it with your Apple ID when it was available. You can find it in your App Store on the computer by going to the Purchases section. Try booting into Internet Recovery (command - option/alt - R on a restart). It is a slow process. This will install the OS that the computer shipped with. You can then try to upgrade from there.
