Q: Enterprise Profile "Trust" Issues - Randomly asked to "re-trust" profile after it was already completed

Even after "trusting" my enterprise profile in iOS, randomly, upon subsequent openings of our app, it tells us the profile needs to be trusted again (even though it was successful the first time).  Does it only require the internet the first time?  We trust the profile on all iPads, with an active internet connection, and confirm that we can open the app.  After than the iPads are used in an offline fashion and do not have an active internet
