iPad 4 cannot charging after upgrade to iOS 10

Hi, I'm using iPad 4.

I have update my device into iOS 10 and I am pretty satisfied with it, but when I charge my device it shows 'not charging' - as usually seen when I connect the iPad to PC.

I try to connect my iPad to PC, and it cannot connect at all (it connect less than a second and then disconnect less than a sec, and then connect and disconnect again, and so on).

Is there any way to fix this issue without dowgrading the iOS?

Have you tried a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?

It sounds like you're trying to charge using a computer USB port. That doesn't seem to work very well with iOS 10, see iPad no longer charges from Computer after update to iOS 10. Can you charge your iPad using the Apple charger and cable?

Hi Diana,

I am using apple charger and cable, it says "not charging"

(actually it is charging slowly, just like when I connect device to PC before upgrading to iOS 10)
