Did this work when you tested it on the beta builds?

Sep 21, 2016 4:39 AM in response to etresoftby SyncMobile,We didn't get a chance to test on the Beta. I know there were reported issues with the beta but apparently this was supposed to be fixed for the final release - apparently not though!

Sep 21, 2016 6:51 AM in response to SyncMobileby etresoft,Hello again SyncMobile,
As a developer, you have a different goal for beta testing. While you shou report bugs to Apple, you should not be under any expectation to see those bugs fixed. The beta testing period is an opportunity for you to make changes to work around Apple's bugs. But don't worry, you can still get in on the fun. It won't be long until Apple releases the first update to Sierra. Again, don't expect this issue to be fixed. Your goal is to find any new issues, report them to Apple, and then change your code to work around them. If you want access to Apple's customer base, you have to play by Apple's rules.

Sep 21, 2016 7:06 AM in response to etresoftby SyncMobile,Haha, yep that is very true! Sadly though there appears to currently be no work around we can find for this bug, as the enterprise builds are pretty locked down, I'm not sure there is a workaround WE can do ourselves.
You'd think something so vital to developers would have been a little more thoroughly tested before release - but still, it could be worse... I remember the joy of an update about 4 years back when all text from every app we'd made disappeared to the background and wasn't viewable... that was a fun time to fix their bugs
I guess for now we can go oldschool and revert back to the old UDID method until they fix it.
