Q: iOS 10 issues

Generally, I wait to update my iPhone because I know there will always be some sort of glitch. Well, not this time.

Ever since updating my iPhone 6 Plus to iOS 10 the same day it debuted, my phone has not been the same.

Here are the issues I am having...

1. My phone does not work when it is connected to WiFi.

2. "This accessory is not supported" pops up 8/10 times I plug my phone in to charge.

3. My phone, sometimes, does not charge anymore.

4. It takes HOURS, literally... hours, to charge my phone A LITTLE BIT.. I mean from 0% to 10% SLOW.

I have researched ways to fix these issues, but I have found ZERO

Please help. I can not live like this anymore..

Try holding down these buttons at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears:  a) the Sleep/Wake button and the Volume down button (iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus) or b) the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button (all other models)

If a restart does not help try a System Restore. First backup your device using iTunes. Also import your photos to your computer and copy all important data if possible. Try restoring from backup first and testing it. If it does not help, you may have to restore as New and reconfigure from scratch as the backup could be corrupted. For this reason it is important to have your photos and data saved separately from the backup. Here are the steps for a Restore:

If the above steps do not help, you may have to have it tested at an Apple store.

First thing, your battery probably should be replaced. If you are certain that its not because of the battery, then try restarting your phone. Hold down your sleep button and your home button at once until it restarts. If all else fails, then just do a hard restore. Back up your phone in iTunes, then restore it.
