Apple Watch complication setting?

Since the upgrade, the city temp on my watch complication is gone. There is a placeholder _ _ for the temp on my watch, but no temp. If I click on it, I get the temp but it's not there at a glance. Any help available to help me with this? I like to see the temp at a glance on my watch face.
