First try your security questions to gain access to the account at iforgot.apple.com
If you can't get into the account using security questions, you can't get into that email address and your at a loss make sure you're prepared for your call to Apple Support!
I had to provide the advisor with a proof of purchase so they could remove the find my iphone stuff. That's what's stuck in there! I'm looking at the notes I took right now :
You need:
Name of the seller, carrier, place of purchase
Date of purchase
Purchase amount
Serial number or IMEI of phone
Here's something to remember! When I had to get the find my iphone stuff removed I had to factory reset my iphone. Be prepared to be setting your phone up as new.
