Q: No files in iCloud Drive app

I don't have a computer with iTunes on it so I've backed all my data up to iCloud on my phone. I know my data is backed up for sure, as it keeps saying that it is, but when I go to the iCloud Drive app, there is nothing there. Does this mean that my data didn't back up or what? Please help!

iPhone 4S, iOS 9.3.5

See this -- How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support, it'll let you know when the backup occurred (on your device).

No, it does not mean your data didn't back up.

iCloud Drive is not related to your iOS device iCloud Backups.

iCloud backups cannot be seen, but you can ensure that a current backup has been done by going to Settings>iCloud>Backup. It will tell you there when your last backup was done, and you can initiate a new one right from there if you wish.

Beyond seeing when the backup was done, there is no more you can see in regards to the data that is backed up.

iCloud Drive, is a sharing service that allows you to upload documents, photos, files, etc. in iCloud which is then shared with all other devices and computers that are signed into the same iCloud account and which have iCloud Drive turned on:
