Q: background refresh iPhone 5S iOS10

Because of the battery drain which is a real problem since I upgraded to iOS 10, I turned of background refresh on a lot of apps. However, after a while all apps have background refresh enabled again!

iPhone 5s, iOS 10

Plus one on this issue. I only let set Background Refresh for a few select apps. This morning marks the third time iOS 10 has turned on Background Refresh for all my apps. Grrrr...

Maybe the switches show the real setting. Meaning that background refresh is not really switched off for an app.

I've tweaked a few of them, then I went out and back in again to Background App Refresh - and all of them were turned on again(!)
