Q: iphone 6s plus ios 10 lock screen

I recently installed IOS 10 on my iPhone 6s plus. When I raise it, I get a screen that's just the time and date. If I swipe left I get the widgets and if I swipe right I get the camera. How do I get it to come up on the widgets screen?

The time and date screen is also known as the Lock Screen, and you cannot make it open on any other screen.

The first (and easiest) things to try, if you haven't already, is a restart and/or forced restart:

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If that doesn't work, then more drastically is a restore from backup and then restore as new:
