Q: unlock iCloud Account

when I buy my iPhone 6s i have created my own apple ID which was "@gmail.com" and its iCloud account "@icloud.com".

Yesterday I have upgrade my OS to IOS 10 and it requires to enter the iCloud account password but unfortunately I forgot it and iCloud has been locked.

Meanwhile i have another iCloud account and I know its password but I couldn't replace the old account with the new one as each time it mandates entering the old password.

Appreciate your urgent support as I couldn't backup my iPhone please.

You will need to recover the password for the "old" account. The following has instructions: If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
