Hello Dear Friends,
I tried everything but it seems that I cannot see "Show on Home Screen" option for my iCloud Drive... Instead I just have this screen without the option to enable the iCloud Drive on my home screen.
Do you have any clue on this issue?
Any help will be much appreciated.

I don't have that option on my iPhone either -- but I do have the iCloud Drive app visible on the 2nd page of my home screen. I'm thinking that setting my have been removed in iOS 10. Have you checked all of your home screens to see if the app is visible? Also try using search to find it.
The "Show on Home Screen" option was removed in iOS 10. To add back iCloud Drive(and other default iOS apps) is to search the App Store for "iCloud Drive" and tap the little cloud to add the app back to your Home Screen.
