Have you tried resetting date & time?

  1. click on the apple menu
  2. click on system prefrences
  3. click on date & time
  4. uncheck set date and time automatically
  5. check set date and time automatically

Try running the installer again, and see if you get the same error message.

If your still having issues, have you tried deleting and re-downloading macOS Sierra

  1. make sure your computer is plugged into power
  2. drag macOS Sierra to your trash can
  3. empty the trash
  4. open the app store
  5. select Sierra
  6. click download
