Can Airport Guest network feature be enabled to give access to printers, Apple TV, music system ?

Hello Friends,

Apple documentation says the Guest network feature can be enabled to give access to guest users to use Internet and restricting them from using all network resources.

I am curious to know since Apple tags Guest Network traffic with a VLAN id something like 1003, can the Guest users be given access anyway to use printers, Apple TV and music system connected to the Airport Wireless main network through the Airport configuration utility ?

Thank you

I should clarify a couple of things.

If you wanted to print for instance from the guest network, then the wireless printer could be added to the guest wireless.. so it is possible to print .. just not to the same printer as the main network.

Guest network does not work if the main Airport is not in router mode.. in bridge there is no guest network unless it is connected to another airport that is running in router mode. People do use smart switches to get around these limitations but for the average Joe this is too hard.
