Q: ios 10 camera bug

Since upgrading my 5s to ios 10, my camera has stopped working.

The phone says the flash will not work until the device cools down. It isn't even hot to the touch.

The camera is completely black for both front and back cameras.

The flash will not turn on.

I have reset the phone and even did a factory reset and erased everything and it still won't work.

I have also tried opening it from the lock screen but I still have the same problem.

Is anyone else having this problem?

    The same problem with my brand new SE 16GB. After update to IOS 10.0.2 - SOMETIMES - back camera has problem to focus and screen stays black. Slide to video and back resolves this issue ...

     

    I called to apple service centre and they told me to bring my device to check it. But I will wait, because it is seems to me like software bug also ...

    I have the same problem . 6s plus .. upgraded to ios 10.0.02 and switch the camera on and get a black screen . Remove all background app's and try again and it sometimes works . This bug needs to be fixed ASAP.
