Corrupted Sierra OS

Error message: This copy of the Install macOS Sierra application is damaged, and can't be used to install macOS.

I have

1) backup my disk before downloading

2) tried downloading and installing in normal mode

3) delete

4) tried downloading and instilling in safe mode

all files downloaded are in its 4.78GB (is it supposed to be more?)

I am using a stable wi-fi for download and at no point in time was my computer sleeping

Also i tried to install other stuff (after failing to install the OS) from appstore

Error msg: ___ app failed to download. Use purchases page to try again

I used purchases page to "try again" - still receiving the same error.

Using Early 2015 MBP 13" - have sufficient space (28GB) for download

Or it might be the next setting panel the ”Time Zone” / as the one you suggested didn`t work. You have to allow apple to localize you exactly. After two failed attempts, I`m giving a try with the setting time after your location checked.

Little later.

Well... it looks like neither of these works. I cannot have sierra installed on a iMac 2015. Holy caramba! I still have Ubuntu on a stick.

Step 1. Go to your applications folder.

Step 2. Find the installer for macOS Sierra.

Step 3. Right click on the installer and click "Show Package Contents".

Step 4. Click on folder named "Contents".

Step 5. Click on the folder named "SharedSupport".

Step 6. Delete the file named "InstallInfo.plist".

Step 7. Enter your administer password to confirm.

Step 8. Now open the installer.
