Ios 10 hard reset screen problem

This issue has been going on for a very very long time. When they made ios 10 it caused this and Apple has not fixed it. I think (I know its a stretch) that Apple does know very much about this issue and do not have a way to fix it. Now i doubt they told apple providers to pretend they have heard of this issue before but heck who knows. What is the issue exactly? For me its this: Randomly out of nowhere my messages are impossible to use. I try to type and it freezes. Then when i swipe down to search my whole phone is completely frozen and I have to hard reset. I do that and i see just random gray and block spots as if my phone screen was broken. This never happened before and i have hard reset multiple times. IOS 10 i think broke it although iv had ios 10 for a long while. Now i cant get apps they say waiting and never download. My whole phone is getting slower and worse when i click the home screen it takes 5+ seconds to load, its breaking. Now i know this sub is more for hard reset but I think this is connected. Its simply that ios 10 is causing an issue and Apple does not have a fix to it. I mean they have to know about it since its almost a year and many of us have this problem along with others. I mean think about it they don't know how to fix it so why address it? "hey guys I know there is a slight breaking issue going on with ios 10 and we wanted to tell you valued customers that we don't have a clue on how to fix it". No not addressing it to them gives them a better rep but to us "few" it makes us feel as if its our fault and not theirs. Heck maybe im entirely wrong, maybe these issues are not at all connected and really hard reset does sometimes mess up your screen, maybe its all just a coincidence. Did you upgrade the to iOS 10, using Wi-Fi? If yes, set it back to factory settings, using iTunes on your computer. This way you could rule out a software issue. Test the screen after that, if ok, restore from the latest backup again.

Did you also test it without using the backup data? If yes and your screen still does this, the Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider might have to take a closer look at your device.

I am having the same issue on my iPhone 6s. I've deleted everything and even tried to re-install ios 10 on my phone with no change.

I'm having the SAME problem. It keeps freezing and I'm having to hard reset it every time. Several times a day. I have an iphone 6 plus as well. I've had this phone about a year and NEVER had it freeze. Update to 10 and freezes all the time now!

I tried that as well with no change. Restored and upgrade connected to iTunes and still the the color change with the hard reset. Know I've noticed my screen is flickering all the time.

I noticed this too on my gold iPhone 6. Every time i do a hard reset I don't get the usual slide to turn off screen. I get the same weird assortment of colors too as described above.

Does this also happen when you set the device back to factory settings, no backup used and manually filling in your personal data and testing iMessage?

Same here. Upgraded a SE and a 6s now both have screen issues when hard resetting, different each time but definitely no longer the nice black screen. Also brand new SE purchased today, no issue with the ios9.whatever it came with but after updating in itunes same screen issues on hard reset. It would appear to be definitely a bug issue with latest update as far as my opinion goes.
