Q: Lost bluetooth

Upgrading from El Capitan I lost bluetooth.

Try resetting SMC, trash preferences ... no way.

Try resetting the Bluetooth module. With the Bluetooth icon in the menu bar, press and hold option + shift then right click on the icon and select "Reset the Bluetooth module" from "Debug".

You need to supply more info than "lost". Do any Bluetooth devices connect? What are the symptoms?

    This is the symptom.

No problem before Sierra installation with Apple trackpad, now I can see internal USB in system profiler (the HCI Bluetooth is a dongle I must use temporarily) but I can't use it
