why can't I syn music with the updated itunes to my iphone 7plus
I couldn't syn my iphone 7 plus with the itunes which has been updated lately. All the music from my previous iphone 5 has not been transfered to my new iphone.

As you rule you would either need to restore from a backup or select content to sync to the device if setting it up as new. What error message, if any, do you get when you try? Is all your media in your iTunes library ready for copying? If not see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.
