screen freeze iphone 6

hi, ive been experiencing screen freeze (when searching the net, taking pictures, emailing, sending messages, etc) for the past three weeks. for the past three weeks ive been restarting my phone and i thought upgrading to the new ios 10.0.1 will solve it but it became worst. kindly tell me what to do.
