import order from iphone

Everytime I connect my iphone 6 to the mac, photo shows me the oldest (not imported) pictures on my phone first. There are pictures though I don't want on this mac at the office. Now, to select the pictures I just shot, I have to scroll down all the way to the bottom to select them. Isn't there a way to show me the newest pictures FIRST?
